Manufacturing Process
Alucora follows a controlled closed-loop recycling route: sort, clean, melt, refine, verify and cast secondary aluminium into dependable ingots.
Production Flow
Each stage reduces uncertainty before the next one begins, so material cleanliness, chemistry and final casting quality stay connected through the whole run.
Incoming aluminium streams such as tense, trup, UBC, extrusion scrap and industrial scrap are sorted by type, condition and contamination risk.
Oil, paint, coatings, moisture and unwanted residues are reduced through cleaning and preparation before the material enters the furnace charge.
Prepared scrap is melted in temperature-monitored rotary or reverberatory furnaces, with fluxing and furnace discipline supporting dross removal.
Impurities are removed, argon degassing supports melt quality, and spectrographic testing guides chemistry adjustment against the intended specification.
Refined molten aluminium is poured into ingot molds, cooled under controlled conditions, visually inspected, bundled and prepared for dispatch.
Process Control
Production control begins before charging and continues through melt management, chemistry correction, casting review and final product verification.
Incoming visual inspection, segregation and charge suitability checks.
Temperature discipline, furnace monitoring and refining checkpoints.
Spectro analysis and micro-alloy adjustment against intended specification.
Mold pouring, controlled cooling, ingot appearance and stack handling.
Batch release checks before product dispatch and supply communication.
Operational Depth
Alucora's manufacturing sequence is built around preparation, thermal control and composition verification so secondary aluminium can return to industrial use with confidence.
Sorting and pre-treatment reduce contamination, unwanted coatings and moisture before the melting stage.
Controlled melting and refining help remove impurities and stabilize the melt before chemistry adjustment.
Spectrographic analysis supports alloy correction and final batch-level verification.
Raw Material Discipline
The feedstock mix is selected and segregated by material family, contamination level and production target. That discipline helps the melt shop protect final chemistry and reduce avoidable process loss.
